Awesome place with great wi-fi, an infinity pool, and a wonderful spa. I remember on my first stay, the staff helped me find my lost car keys. I definitely recommend visiting during Christmas!

I loved how spacious and comfortable the cottage felt. The view of the lagoon was tranquil, perfect for relaxing. The food at the Lime Cafe was delicious, especially the seafood dishes. Every meal was a treat. The staff here are incredibly attentive. They went out of their way to ensure we had everything we needed. I appreciated their friendly smiles. However, the pool needs some urgent attention. Some tiles were broken, which was concerning for my family. The check-in process felt chaotic, and it took longer than expected. Overall, these issues affected our experience, but the hospitality and food stood out.

The hospitality at The Zuri Kumarakom Kerala Resort & Spa was amazing! The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, making sure we had everything we needed. The breakfast buffet was impressive with a variety of delicious options, and the special birthday cake they offered was a lovely touch that made my mother's birthday extra special.

We enjoyed our stay with stunning views from the lagoon view room and had an unforgettable evening watching the sunset from the Trunk Bar, making it a perfect romantic getaway. The hotel is also just a short walk away from the Kumarakom Bird Sanctuary, where you can immerse yourself in nature and spot exotic birds, and the lake, ideal for peaceful strolls and boat rides, really enhances the experience.

The staff made our family feel so welcome, especially with activities for kids. The cottage we stayed in was spacious and had cozy corners for family games. We loved the delicious food at the Limetree restaurant. it truly elevated our experience.

My children wanted a dedicated kids' play area for more fun.

I stayed in a cottage and wow, the outdoor rain shower was a fantastic surprise! The staff's hospitality was exceptional, keeping us updated on the weather during our visit. The meals at the restaurant were super tasty, especially breakfast. Just be ready for a longer trek if you're far from the main areas since the paths are quite long.
